We were proud to handle the first commercial ship calling the new Eitan port at Ashdod during April 2004. M/V Happy River, which is operated by Biglift Shipping from the Netherlands, arrived with a consignment of cranes for the new container terminal, each crane weight being about 120 tons. The cargo was discharged with the vessel's gear, which has a lifting capacity of 800 tons.

Ships loading at Ashdod power plant equipment for New Zealand
During the year 2004, we loaded 2 full project cargo ships with power plant equipment and parts to New Zealand. The ships were loaded with about 13,000 cbm cargo, which included about 600 different packages in different sizes and weights. The goods were loaded as pallets/containers/ oversized cargo/heavy lift cargo.
The equipment is produced by Ormat Industries who are specialized in the building and operation of geothermic power stations worldwide.

Vessel discharging heavy lift equipment during June 2004 at Ashdod.
The consignment included units with weight up to 350 tons. The cargo operation was performed in a direct delivery mode from vessel on to special heavy duty trailers.
The goods were shipped from Rotterdam on M/V Da Zhong which is operated by Big Lift Shipping from The Netherlands. The destination of the goods which were produced by Siemens in Europe is a new natural gas power station in Israel.

M/v Tracer is discharging heavy lift equipment at the port of Ashdod. The consignment with unit weight upto 150 tons was discharged by the ship's gear with lifting capacity up to 500 tons. The cargo, produced by Alstom, was loaded in Setubal for a power station extension of the Israel Electric Corporation. The consignment was discharged from the ships holds directly on special heavy duty trailers ashore, which delivered directly to the client.

M/v Tramper discharging a full cargo of 15 units heavy lift equipment at the Kishon port in Haifa. The equipment with unit weight up to 150 tons, was produced by Alstom for the Israel Electric company. The equipment is a part of the Tavor power station extension program.

M/v Enchanter discharging a consignment of cranes for the new container terminal in the "Hayuvel port" at Ashdod. the cranes with weight of 120 ton were produced by Konecrane from Finnland. The cargo was discharged by the ship's own cranes which have a lifting capacity of 800 tons.
