Cargo documentation: Cargo Manifests of Import Cargo presented by agent, including. dangerous cargo manifest and transit cargo if any on board. Cargo Documents for Export Cargo issued by shippers.
The Master should follow all relevant I.M.O.T and Port authority procedures concerning the arrival reporting, cargo and vessel

Free Pratique: Master must send a maritime declaration of health to the agent at least 24 hours shex prior arrival. No communication with shore is allowed until Free Pratique has been obtained from the Quarantine Authorities.
Rat-guards are obligatory at all moorings.
Customs and immigration:
Customs allowances: All officers and crew are allowed one carton of cigarettes and 1 bottle of spirits.
Immigration: Immigration authorities require photos of crew for Landing Permits and the form called "Condition Slip" is to be filled when they visit the vessel.
Flags: Israeli flag must be displayed.
Notices of readiness: To be tendered to agents in accordance with the charter party during office hours (0800-1600hrs).
